These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Cenvia Labs LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Research use only
Every product sold on this site is a lyophilized compound intended strictly for laboratory research. The products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics; they are not intended for human or animal consumption, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use of any kind. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher acquiring the material for in-vitro or laboratory research only, that you will handle it accordingly, and that you will not resell it for any other purpose.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or place an order. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Accounts
An account requires an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Registration is optional; guest checkout is available.
Orders and payment
Payment is by Zelle. Placing an order reserves the items and provides the payment details; the order is confirmed when a person at Cenvia Labs confirms your transfer. Orders without a reported payment after 48 hours are cancelled automatically and nothing is owed. We may cancel any order that we cannot verify, that appears to be for a purpose other than laboratory research, or that we cannot fulfill; any payment received for a cancelled order is refunded in full by Zelle.
Prices and quantity pricing
Prices are in US dollars and are as shown on the site at the time you place the order. Per-vial prices decrease at the quantity tiers shown on each product page. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect an order already confirmed.
Welcome offer
The welcome code WELCOME25 gives 25% off a customer’s first order. It requires an account, can be used once per account, applies to first orders only, and is validated against both the account and the billing email. It cannot be applied to a guest order or to an account that has placed an order before.
Shipping
Every order ships from Illinois. Dispatch estimates on the site describe when an order is expected to ship. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit times are the carrier’s. Details are on the Shipping page.
Returns
Unopened vials may be returned as described on the Returns page. Opened vials cannot be returned.
Product information
We take care to publish accurate specifications and certificates of analysis. Certificates are issued by independent laboratories and are published as received. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.
Partner program
Participation in the partner program is subject to separate terms provided on approval, including the requirement to promote products as research-use-only, to make no human-use, medical or dosing claims, and to disclose the partnership.
Intellectual property
The text, images and design of this site belong to Cenvia Labs LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Products are sold for laboratory research use as-is, without any warranty that they are suitable for any purpose beyond such research. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cenvia Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or of any product, and its total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
