This policy explains what Cenvia Labs LLC collects when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. Cenvia Labs LLC is based in Illinois, USA, and this site sells to customers in the United States.
What we collect
- Order details. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and the items you order. We need these to fulfill and communicate about your order.
- Payment. Payment is by Zelle, made from your own bank app. We never receive your bank login or card details. We receive the receipt image you upload and the sender name that appears on the transfer so a person can match it to your order.
- Account. If you create an account: your email address and a password, stored hashed. Registration asks for nothing else.
- Email sign-up. If you enter your email in a welcome-offer form: the address, where on the site you entered it, the time and the consent wording you saw.
- Messages. Anything you send through the contact form or the partner application, so we can reply.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To process, confirm and ship orders; to confirm Zelle payments; to answer your messages; to run the welcome offer and detect misuse of it; to send order emails; and, only if you opted in, to send occasional emails about compounds, testing and offers. We do not sell personal information.
Marketing email
You receive marketing email only if you opted in, either through a welcome-offer form or by ticking the unchecked marketing box at registration or checkout. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected]. Order and account emails are sent regardless because they are part of the service.
Cookies
This site sets cookies that are required for it to work: your shopping cart and session, your login, the record that you passed the age and research-use gate, and whether you dismissed the welcome-offer bar. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Who else sees your data
- Shipping carriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel.
- Our hosting provider stores the website and its database.
- Your bank and Zelle handle the payment under their own policies; we are not a party to that transfer beyond receiving it.
- Typeform, a third-party form provider, collects partner applications for us and stores what you submit under its own privacy policy.
We disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete your account or your email sign-up, or to opt out of marketing. We respond within one business day and complete requests as quickly as our record-keeping obligations allow.
Age
This site is for adults. You must be at least 21 to use it, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with the date it took effect.
