Where we ship
Cenvia Labs ships within the United States only. Every order ships from Illinois. Checkout does not accept addresses outside the US.
When orders ship
In-stock items ship the same business day when payment is confirmed before 1:00 PM Central, Monday to Friday. Orders confirmed after the cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.
Some sizes are made to order and ship in 7–10 days. The availability chip on each product page shows which applies to the size you select, and the dispatch line under the buy box shows the estimate. Every order, in stock or made to order, ships from Illinois.
A cart with both in-stock and made-to-order items ships together on the later estimate. If you want the in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.
All dispatch estimates describe when an order ships from Illinois. They are not delivery guarantees. Payment is by Zelle, so the clock starts when a person confirms your transfer, not when you place the order.
Shipping services and rates
The services below are offered at checkout. Standard shipping is free on orders over $200.00.

Transit times in the service names are the carrier’s estimates in business days, counted from the day the order ships from Illinois. The exact rate for your order appears in the cart before you pay.
Packaging
Every product is a lyophilized powder in a sealed vial, labeled with the compound name, the size and the lot number. Outer packaging carries no product description.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email when the order ships. You can also enter your order number and email on the Track Order page, or open the order under My Account if you have one.
Address problems and lost parcels
Check the shipping address before you place the order; we ship to the address as entered. If a parcel is returned to us undeliverable, we contact you to arrange reshipment. If tracking shows no movement for several days past the carrier’s estimate, email [email protected] with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
